Iron Roots BJJ is partnering with the Elizabeth Smart Foundation to bring Smart Defense to Colorado Springs.
November 18th, 6-7:30pm, cost is $20, open to all women ages 12+.
We are specifically covering what to do if someone pins you down on the ground.
