Our Philosophy

Wrestling is vital because the ability to control both offense and defense allows you to dictate where the fight takes place—whether on your feet or on the ground. Smooth, fast transitions are essential; you should aim to be the last one on the ground and the first back to your feet, since the fighter who transitions quickest between striking and grappling stays a step ahead. Forward pressure builds confidence and establishes dominance, and we apply it through strikes, takedowns, and ground offense. We believe in finishing fights through either striking or submissions—we don’t fight to avoid losing, but to give everything we have until the very end, regardless of the outcome.

While hard training is necessary, we never train with the goal of beating each other up or causing injury. We respect our partners and ourselves by leaving our egos at the door, giving our best effort, and protecting one another, demanding the best of ourselves both in and out of the ring.

Our MMA coach brings experience coaching and cornering fighters from the amateur ranks all the way to the professional level, including athletes who have competed in the UFC. Additionally, all of our primary Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai coaches have MMA experience and winning fight records, allowing them to deliver real-world insight and practical application in every class.
