Our women’s BJJ class will work every part of your body and push you out of your comfort zone. Custom coaching with is open to women from all academies and affiliations throughout Colorado. Whether your goal is to win your next tournament or to feel comfortable grappling with larger people she can help you accomplish those things. Women from all levels, from brand new beginners to seasoned practitioners, are welcome.
Self defense classes for women. This program comes to Colorado Springs through the Elizabeth Smart Foundation. All instructors are Smart Defense certified and ready to provide trauma-informed instruction to survivors of sexual assault and other members of the female population.
